ἐν ἔτει τρίτῳ Κύρου βασιλέως Περσῶν λόγος ἀπεκαλύφθη τῷ Δανιηλ οὗ τὸ ὄνομα ἐπεκλήθη Βαλτασαρ καὶ ἀληθινὸς ὁ λόγος καὶ δύναμις μεγάλη καὶ σύνεσις ἐδόθη αὐτῷ ἐν τῇ ὀπτασίᾳ
In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia, a message was revealed to Daniel, who was called Belteshazzar. The message was true, and it concerned a great conflict (note: Or true and greatly burdensome). And the understanding of the message was given to him in a vision.
