Denn der Herr HErr hat geschworen bei seiner Seele, spricht der HErr, der Gott Zebaoth: Mich verdrießt die Hoffart Jakobs, und ich bin ihren Palästen gram; und ich will auch die Stadt übergeben mit allem, was darin ist.
The Lord GOD has sworn by Himself—the LORD, the God of Hosts, has declared: “I abhor Jacob’s pride and detest his citadels, so I will deliver up the city and everything in it.”
