Κἀκεῖθεν ἀναχθέντες ὑπεπλεύσαμεν τὴν Κύπρον, διὰ τὸ τοὺς ἀνέμους εἶναι ἐναντίους.
After putting out from there, we sailed to the lee of Cyprus because the winds were against us.
