Κορεσθέντες δὲ τῆς τροφῆς ἐκούφιζον τὸ πλοῖον, ἐκβαλλόμενοι τὸν σῖτον εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν.
After the men had eaten their fill, they lightened the ship by throwing the grain into the sea.
