κορεσθέντες δὲ τροφῆς ἐκούφιζον τὸ πλοῖον ἐκβαλλόμενοι τὸν σῖτον εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν
After the men had eaten their fill, they lightened the ship by throwing the grain into the sea.
