Κορεσθέντες δὲ τροφῆς, ἐκούφιζον τὸ πλοῖον, ἐκβαλλόμενοι τὸν σῖτον εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν.
After the men had eaten their fill, they lightened the ship by throwing the grain into the sea.
