Habe ich aber jemand Leid getan und des Todes wert gehandelt, so weigere ich mich nicht, zu sterben; ist aber der keines nicht, dessen sie mich verklagen, so kann mich ihnen niemand übergeben. Ich berufe mich auf den Kaiser!
