οὐ γὰρ ὡς ὑμεῖς ὑπολαμβάνετε οὗτοι μεθύουσιν ἔστιν γὰρ ὥρα τρίτη τῆς ἡμέρας
These men are not drunk, as you suppose. It is only the third hour of the day (note: That is, nine in the morning)!
