Καὶ μηδεμίαν αἰτίαν θανάτου εὑρόντες, ᾐτήσαντο Πιλᾶτον ἀναιρεθῆναι αὐτόν.
And though they found no ground for a death sentence, they asked Pilate to have Him executed.
