Sed firmum fundamentum Dei stat, habens signaculum hoc : cognovit Dominus qui sunt ejus, et discedat ab iniquitate omnis qui nominat nomen Domini.
Nevertheless, God’s firm foundation stands, bearing this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His (note: Numbers 16:5 (see also LXX)),” and, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord must turn away from iniquity.”
