Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure (note: Or, steady), having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
Nevertheless, God’s firm foundation stands, bearing this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His (note: Numbers 16:5 (see also LXX)),” and, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord must turn away from iniquity.”
