Ταῦτα ὑπομίμνῃσκε διαμαρτυρόμενος ἐνώπιον τοῦ Θεοῦ μὴ λογομαχεῖν ἐπ’ οὐδὲν χρήσιμον ἐπὶ καταστροφῇ τῶν ἀκουόντων
Remind the believers of these things, charging them before God (note: SBL, BYZ, and TR the Lord) to avoid quarreling over words, which succeeds only in leading the listeners to ruin.
