καὶ παραγίνεται Μεμφιβόσθε υἱὸς Ἰωναθὰν υἱοῦ Σαοὺλ πρὸς τὸν βασιλέα Δαυείδ, καὶ ἔπεσεν ὐπὶ πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ καὶ προσεκύνησεν αὐτῷ. καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ Δαυείδ Μεμφιβόσθε· καὶ εἶπεν Ἰδοὺ ὁ δοῦλὸς σου.
And when Mephibosheth (note: Mephibosheth is also called Merib-baal; see 1 Chronicles 8:34.) son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, came to David, he fell facedown in reverence. Then David said, “Mephibosheth!” “I am your servant,” he replied.
