וַתְּהִי־ שָׁ֧ם הַמִּלְחָמָ֛ה נָפֹצֵית עַל־ פְּנֵ֣י כָל־ הָאָ֑רֶץ וַיֶּ֤רֶב הַיַּ֙עַר֙ לֶאֱכֹ֣ל בָּעָ֔ם מֵאֲשֶׁ֥ר אָכְלָ֛ה הַחֶ֖רֶב בַּיּ֥וֹם הַהֽוּא׃
The battle spread over the whole countryside, and that day the forest devoured more people than the sword.
