Καὶ τέσσαρες ἄνδρες ἦσαν λεπροὶ παρὰ τὴν θύραν τῆς πόλεως, καὶ εἶπεν ἀνὴρ πρὸς τὸν πλησίον αὐτοῦ Τί ἡμεῖς καθήμεθα ὧδε ἔως ἀποθάνωμεν ;
Now there were four men with leprosy (note: Leprosy was a term used for various skin diseases; here and in verse 8; see Leviticus 13.) at the entrance of the city gate, and they said to one another, “Why just sit here until we die?
