In tempore illo restituit Rasin rex Syriæ, Ailam Syriæ, et ejecit Judæos de Aila : et Idumæi venerunt in Ailam, et habitaverunt ibi usque in diem hanc.
At that time Rezin king of Aram recovered Elath (note: Elath is a variant of Eloth; see 1 Kings 9:26.) for Aram (note: Or Syria), drove out the men of Judah, and sent the Edomites into Elath, where they live to this day.
