For the king and his officials and the whole assembly in Jerusalem had decided to keep the Passover in the second month (note: See Numbers 9:9–12.),
וַיִּוָּעַ֨ץ הַמֶּ֧לֶךְ וְשָׂרָ֛יו וְכָל־ הַקָּהָ֖ל בִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם לַעֲשׂ֥וֹת הַפֶּ֖סַח בַּחֹ֥דֶשׁ הַשֵּׁנִֽי׃
