וְעָרִ֥ים בָּנָ֖ה בְּהַר־ יְהוּדָ֑ה וּבֶחֳרָשִׁ֣ים בָּנָ֔ה בִּֽירָנִיּ֖וֹת וּמִגְדָּלִֽים׃
He also built cities in the hill country of Judah and fortresses and towers in the forests.
