καὶ συνήγαγεν ὁ βασιλεὺς Ῥοβοὰμ τοὺς πρεσβυτέρους τοὺς ἑστηκότας ἐναντίον Σαλωμὼν τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ ἐν τῷ ζῆν αὐτὸν λέγων, Πῶς ὑμεῖς βούλεσθε τοῦ ἀποκριθῆναι τῷ λαῷ τούτῳ λόγον;
Then King Rehoboam consulted with the elders who had served his father Solomon during his lifetime. “How do you advise me to respond to these people?” he asked.
