et ne quis supergrediatur, neque circumveniat in negotio fratrem suum : quoniam vindex est Dominus de his omnibus, sicut prædiximus vobis, et testificati sumus.
and no one should ever violate or exploit his brother in this regard (note: Or no one should ever harm or cheat his brother in this matter), because the Lord will avenge all such acts, as we have already told you and solemnly warned you.
