Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, because the word of the LORD had not yet been revealed to him.

וּשְׁמוּאֵ֕ל טֶ֖רֶם יָדַ֣ע אֶת־ יְהוָ֑ה וְטֶ֛רֶם יִגָּלֶ֥ה אֵלָ֖יו דְּבַר־ יְהוָֽה׃
