καὶ νῦν ὄμοσόν μοι ἐν Κύρῳ ὅτι οὐκ ἐξολεθρεύσεις τὸ σπέρμα μου ὀπίσω μου, καὶ οὐκ ἀφανιεῖς τὸ ὄνομά μου ἐκ του οἴκου τοῦ πατρός μου.
So David gave his oath to Saul. Then Saul returned home, but David and his men went up to the stronghold.
