Wenn jemand wider einen Menschen sündigt, so kann's der Richter schlichten. Wenn aber jemand wider den HERRn sündigt, wer kann für ihn bitten? Aber sie gehorchten ihres Vaters Stimme nicht; denn der HERR war willens, sie zu töten.
If a man sins against another man, God (note: Or the judges) can intercede for him; but if a man sins against the LORD, who can intercede for him?” But they would not listen to their father, since the LORD intended to put them to death.
