Und Saul sprach zu Jonathan: Sage mir, was hast du getan? Jonathan sagte es ihm und sprach: Ich habe ein wenig Honig gekostet mit dem Stabe, den ich in meiner Hand hatte; und siehe, ich muss darum sterben.
“Tell me what you have done,” Saul commanded him. So Jonathan told him, “I only tasted a little honey with the end of the staff that was in my hand. And now I must die?”
