Χριστοῦ οὖν παθόντος ὑπὲρ ἡμῶν σαρκί, καὶ ὑμεῖς τὴν αὐτὴν ἔννοιαν ὁπλίσασθε· ὅτι ὁ παθὼν ἐν σαρκί, πέπαυται ἁμαρτίας·
Therefore, since Christ suffered (note: BYZ and TR include for us.) in His body, arm yourselves with the same resolve, because anyone who has suffered in his body is done with sin.
