Εἰ ὀνειδίζεσθε ἐν ὀνόματι ˚Χριστοῦ, μακάριοι, ὅτι τὸ τῆς δόξης καὶ τὸ τοῦ ˚Θεοῦ ˚Πνεῦμα, ἐφʼ ὑμᾶς ἀναπαύεται.
If you (note: BYZ and TR include On their part He is spoken of as evil, but on your part He is glorified.) are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you.
