וַיִּיטַ֥ב הַדָּבָ֖ר בְּעֵינֵ֣י אֲדֹנָ֑י כִּ֚י שָׁאַ֣ל שְׁלֹמֹ֔ה אֶת־ הַדָּבָ֖ר הַזֶּֽה׃
Now it pleased the Lord (note: Hebrew Adonai; also in verse 15) that Solomon had made this request.
