καὶ ἡ ἀκοὴ ἦλθεν ἕως Ἰωὰβ τοῦ υἱοῦ Σαρουίας, ὅτι Ἰωὰβ ἦν κεκλικὼς ὀπίσω Ἀδωνειά, καὶ ὀπίσω Ἀβεσσαλὼμ οὐκ ἔκλινεν· καὶ ἔφυγεν Ἰωὰβ εἰς τὸ σκήωμα τοῦ κυρίου καὶ κατέσχεν τῶν κεράτων τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου.
