καὶ ἐκτήσατο Αμβρι τὸ ὄρος τὸ Σεμερων παρὰ Σεμηρ τοῦ κυρίου τοῦ ὄρους δύο ταλάντων ἀργυρίου καὶ ᾠκοδόμησεν τὸ ὄρος καὶ ἐπεκάλεσεν τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ ὄρους οὗ ᾠκοδόμεσεν ἐπὶ τῷ ὀνόματι Σεμηρ τοῦ κυρίου τοῦ ὄρους Σαεμηρων
He bought the hill of Samaria from Shemer for two talents of silver (note: 2 talents is approximately 151 pounds or 68.4 kilograms of silver.) and built a city there, calling it Samaria after the name of Shemer, who had owned the hill.
