ὃς δὲ ἕστηκεν ἐν τῇ καρδίᾳ αὐτοῦ ἑδραῖος μὴ ἔχων ἀνάγκην ἐξουσίαν δὲ ἔχει περὶ τοῦ ἰδίου θελήματος καὶ τοῦτο κέκρικεν ἐν τῇ ἰδίᾳ καρδίᾳ τηρεῖν τὴν ἑαυτοῦ παρθένον καλῶς ποιήσει
But the man who is firmly established in his heart and under no constraint, with control over his will and resolve in his heart not to marry the virgin (note: Literally in his heart to keep the virgin or in his heart to keep the betrothed), he will do well.
