Und der König David sprach zu der ganzen Gemeinde: Gott hat Salomo, meiner Söhne einen, erwählt, der noch jung und zart ist; das Werk aber ist groß; denn es ist nicht eines Menschen Wohnung, sondern Gottes des HErrn.
Then King David said to the whole assembly, “My son Solomon, the one whom God has chosen, is young and inexperienced. The task is great because this palace is not for man, but for the LORD God.
