Baal-hanan the Gederite was in charge of the olive and sycamore trees in the foothills (note: Hebrew Shephelah or lowlands; that is, the western foothills of Judea). Joash was in charge of the stores of olive oil.
וְעַל־ הַזֵּיתִ֤ים וְהַשִּׁקְמִים֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בַּשְּׁפֵלָ֔ה בַּ֥עַל חָנָ֖ן הַגְּדֵרִ֑יס וְעַל־ אֹצְר֥וֹת הַשֶּׁ֖מֶן יוֹעָֽשׁ׃ס
