Tamar, Judah’s daughter-in-law, bore to him Perez and Zerah. Judah had five sons in all.

וְתָמָר֙ כַּלָּת֔וֹ יָ֥לְדָה לּ֖וֹ אֶת־ פֶּ֣רֶץ וְאֶת־ זָ֑רַח כָּל־ בְּנֵ֥י יְהוּדָ֖ה חֲמִשָּֽׁה׃ס
