Καὶ ἐγένετο μετὰ ταῦτα καὶ ἐπάταξεν Δαυεὶδ τοὺς ἀλλοφύλους καὶ ἐτροπώσατο αὐτούς, καὶ ἔλαβεν τὴν Τὲθ καὶ τὰς κώμας αὐτῆς ἐκ χερὸς ἀλλοφύλων.
Some time later, David defeated the Philistines, subdued them, and took Gath and its villages from the hand of the Philistines.
