And Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obed–edom, and Jeiel, and Azaziah, with harps on the Sheminith (note: Or, on the eight to oversee) to excel.
And Mattithiah, Eliphelehu, Mikneiah, Obed-edom, Jeiel, and Azaziah were to lead the music with lyres according to Sheminith (note: Sheminith is probably a musical term; here and in Psalm 6:1 and Psalm 12:1.).
