וַיִּ֤בֶן הָעִיר֙ מִסָּבִ֔יב מִן־ הַמִּלּ֖וֹא וְעַד־ הַסָּבִ֑יב וְיוֹאָ֕ב יְחַיֶּ֖ה אֶת־ שְׁאָ֥ר הָעִֽיר׃
He built up the city around it, from the supporting terraces (note: Hebrew the Millo) to the surrounding wall, while Joab restored the rest of the city.
