καὶ ᾠκοδόμησεν τὴν πόλιν κύκλῳ· καὶ ἐπολέμησεν καὶ ἔλαβεν τὴν πόλιν.
He built up the city around it, from the supporting terraces (note: Hebrew the Millo) to the surrounding wall, while Joab restored the rest of the city.
