65:1

Ich werde gesucht von denen, die nicht nach mir fragten; ich werde gefunden von denen, die mich nicht suchten; und zu den Heiden, die meinen Namen nicht anriefen, sage ich: Hier bin ich, hier bin ich!

“I revealed Myself to those who did not ask for Me; I was found by those who did not . To a nation that did not call My name, I said, ‘Here I am! Here I am!’

65:2

Ich recke meine Hand aus den ganzen Tag zu einem ungehorsamen Volk, das seinen Gedanken nachwandelt auf einem Wege, der nicht gut ist.

All day long I have held out My hands to an obstinate who walk in the wrong path, who follow their own imaginations,

65:3

Ein Volk, das mich entrüstet, ist immer vor meinem Angesicht, opfert in den Gärten und räuchert auf den Ziegelsteinen,

to a people who continually provoke Me to My face, sacrificing in the gardens and burning incense on altars of brick,

65:4

sitzt unter den Gräbern und bleibt über Nacht in den Höhlen, fressen Schweinefleisch und haben Greuelsuppen in ihren Töpfen

sitting among the graves, spending nights in secret places, eating the meat of pigs and polluted broth from their bowls.

65:5

und sprechen: „Bleibe daheim und rühre mich nicht an; denn ich bin heilig.” Solche sollen ein Rauch werden in meinem Zorn, ein Feuer, das den ganzen Tag brenne.

They say, ‘Keep to yourself; do not come near me, for I am holier than you!’ Such people are smoke in My nostrils, a fire that burns all day long.

65:6

Siehe, es steht vor mir geschrieben: Ich will nicht schweigen, sondern bezahlen; ja, ich will ihnen in ihren Busen bezahlen,

Behold, it is written before Me: I will not keep silent, but I will repay; I will pay it back into their laps,

65:7

beide, ihre Missetaten und ihrer Väter Missetaten miteinander, spricht der HErr, die auf den Bergen geräuchert und mich auf den Hügeln geschändet haben; ich will ihnen zumessen ihr voriges Tun in ihren Busen.

both for your iniquities and for those of your fathers,” says the LORD. “Because they burned incense on the mountains and scorned Me on the hills, I will measure into their laps full payment for their former deeds.”

65:8

So spricht der HErr: Gleich als wenn man Most in der Traube findet und spricht: „Verderbe es nicht, denn es ist ein Segen darin!”, also will ich um meiner Knechte willen tun, dass ich es nicht alles verderbe,

This is what the LORD says: “As the new wine is found in a cluster of grapes, and men say, ‘Do not destroy it, for it contains a blessing,’ so I will act on behalf of My servants; I will not destroy them all.

65:9

sondern will aus Jakob Samen wachsen lassen und aus Juda, der meinen Berg besitze; denn meine Auserwählten sollen ihn besitzen, und meine Knechte sollen daselbst wohnen.

And I will bring forth descendants from Jacob, and heirs from Judah; My elect will possess , and My servants will dwell there.

65:10

Und Saron soll eine Weide für die Herde und das Tal Achor soll zum Viehlager werden meinem Volk, das mich sucht.

Sharon will become a pasture for flocks, and the Valley of Achor a resting place for herds, for My people who seek Me.

65:11

Aber ihr, die ihr den HErrn verlasset und meines heiligen Berges vergesset und richtet dem Gadbedeutet: „Glücksgott” Gad einen Tisch und schenkt vom Trankopfer voll ein der Meni,bedeutet: „Schicksalsgöttin” Meni –

But you who forsake the LORD, who forget My holy mountain, who set a table and fill bowls of mixed wine ,

65:12

wohlan ich will euch zählen zum Schwert, dass ihr euch alle bücken müsst zur Schlachtung, darum dass ich rief, und ihr antwortetet nicht, dass ich redete, und ihr hörtet nicht, sonder tatet, was mir übel gefiel, und erwähltet, was mir nicht gefiel.

I will destine you for the sword, and you will all kneel down to be slaughtered, because I called and you did not answer, I spoke and you did not listen; you did evil in My sight and chose that in which I did not delight.”

65:13

Darum spricht der Herr HErr also: Siehe, meine Knechte sollen essen, ihr aber sollt hungern; siehe, meine Knechte sollen trinken, ihr aber sollt dürsten; siehe, meine Knechte sollen fröhlich sein, ihr aber sollt zu Schanden werden;

Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: “My servants will eat, but you will go hungry; My servants will drink, but you will go thirsty; My servants will rejoice, but you will be put to shame.

65:14

siehe, meine Knechte sollen vor gutem Mut jauchzen, ihr aber sollt vor Herzeleid schreien und vor Jammer heulen

My servants will shout for joy with a glad heart, but you will cry out with a heavy heart and wail with a broken spirit.

65:15

und sollt euren Namen lassen meinen Auserwählten zum Schwur; und der HErr wird dich töten und seine Knechte mit einem andern Namen nennen,

You will leave behind your name as a curse for My chosen ones, and the Lord GOD will slay you; but to His servants He will give another name.

65:16

dass, welcher sie segnen wird auf Erden, der wird sich in dem wahrhaftigen Gott segnen, und welcher schwören wird auf Erden, der wird bei dem wahrhaftigen Gott schwören; denn der vorigen Ängste ist vergessen, und sie sind vor meinen Augen verborgen.

Whoever invokes a blessing in the land will do so by the God of truth, and whoever takes an oath in the land will swear by the God of truth. For the former troubles will be forgotten and hidden from My sight.

65:17

Denn siehe, ich will einen neuen Himmel und eine neue Erde schaffen, dass man der vorigen nicht mehr gedenken wird noch sie zu Herzen nehmen;

For behold, I will create new heavens and a new . The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind.

65:18

sondern sie werden sich ewiglich freuen und fröhlich sein über dem, was ich schaffe. Denn siehe, ich will Jerusalem schaffen zur Wonne und ihr Volk zur Freude,

But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create; for I will create Jerusalem to be a joy and its people to be a delight.

65:19

und ich will fröhlich sein über Jerusalem und mich freuen über mein Volk; und soll nicht mehr darin gehört werden die Stimme des Weinens noch die Stimme des Klagens.

I will rejoice in Jerusalem and take delight in My people. The sounds of weeping and crying will no longer be heard in her.

65:20

Es sollen nicht mehr dasein Kinder, die nur etliche Tage leben, oder Alte, die ihre Jahre nicht erfüllen; sondern die Knaben sollen hundert Jahre alt sterben und die Sünder hundert Jahre alt verflucht werden.

No longer will a nursing infant live but a few days, or an old man fail to live out his years. For the youth will die at a hundred years, and he who fails to reach a hundred will be considered accursed.

65:21

Sie werden Häuser bauen und bewohnen; sie werden Weinberge pflanzen und ihre Früchte essen.

They will build houses and dwell in them; they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.

65:22

Sie sollen nicht bauen, was ein andrer bewohne, und nicht pflanzen, was ein andrer esse. Denn die Tage meines Volke werden sein wie die Tage eines Baumes; und das Werk ihrer Hände wird alt werden bei meinen Auserwählten.

No longer will they build houses for others to inhabit, nor plant for others to eat. For as is the lifetime of a tree, so will be the days of My people, and My chosen ones will fully enjoy the work of their hands.

65:23

Sie sollen nicht umsonst arbeiten noch unzeitige Geburt gebären; denn sie sind der Same der Gesegneten des HErrn und ihre Nachkommen mit ihnen.

They will not labor in vain or bear children doomed to disaster; for they will be a people blessed by the LORD—they and their descendants with them.

65:24

Und soll geschehen, ehe sie rufen, will ich antworten; wenn sie noch reden, will ich hören.

Even before they call, I will answer, and while they are still speaking, I will hear.

65:25

Wolf und Lamm sollen weiden zugleich, der Löwe wird Stroh essen wie ein Rind, und die Schlange soll Erde essen. Sie werden nicht schaden noch verderben auf meinem ganzen heiligen Berge, spricht der HErr.

The wolf and the lamb will feed together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox, but the food will be dust. They will neither harm nor destroy on all My holy mountain,” says the LORD.
